Since 1999, our restaurant had been a recognizable brand in Slavia, but since 2003 our home is Upper Dorćol. We started with authentic Italian cuisine, but over time we realized that we wanted to offer something unique.
This is how our fusion of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine was born in 2010 – a combination that refreshes traditional tastes, providing an authentic gastronomic experience.
We wanted to be special, different, but above all to preserve the spirit of real cuisine that can be felt in every bite.
Casa Nova is not just a restaurant – it is a story told through a space that exudes warmth and an artistic touch. Every detail in the interior is designed with love, so that guests have the feeling that they have stepped into a space that inspires them and takes them on a journey.
Inspired by Tuscany and the Mediterranean regions, our ambiance brings frescoes in the style of Botticelli, walls that carry the spirit of the 14th and 15th centuries and an atmosphere that invites enjoyment.

We believe that authenticity is in every detail, and most of all in what we serve. We carefully select our ingredients from proven producers and local villages – we get eggs and vegetables from the Zasavica nature reserve, and we prepare pasta and fresh ingredients with special care. It’s not easy to find the best, but we don’t compromise.
Our chefs, who have been part of the team for decades, have undergone training and traveled throughout Italy perfecting their knowledge, so that each plate at the Casa Nova restaurant is a story in itself.
The selection of wines in our restaurant is not accidental. We collaborate with the best wine connoisseurs in order to offer a carefully selected collection of domestic and foreign labels. We want to support local winemakers, because we believe in the quality that comes from our country.
